Our Adult DBT Program is designed for adults who:

  • Engage in self-harm or struggle with self-harm urges
  • Experience suicidal thoughts outside of immediate crisis
  • Struggle with unstable or chaotic relationships
  • Feel overwhelmed by distress and impulsive behaviours
  • Have not improved with standard weekly therapy alone

What Makes This a Comprehensive DBT Program

This is not standard counselling. Our Adult DBT Program includes weekly individual DBT therapy, a DBT skills training group, between-session phone coaching and a weekly therapist consultation team.

Each component reinforces the others.
