Who This Program Is For

Our Telehealth DBT Program is designed for adults who:

The program follows the same comprehensive structure as our in-person Adult DBT Program.

  • Do not have access to specialist DBT locally
  • Live in regional or remote areas
  • Require flexibility due to work or health
  • Prefer online therapy
  • Have been referred by GPs, psychiatrists or hospital teams outside the Sunshine Coast

What the Telehealth DBT Program Includes

Participants receive weekly individual DBT therapy, a DBT skills training group, between-session phone coaching and weekly therapist consultation — all delivered online.

This is full DBT — not adapted-down therapy.
