Our Approach

Our clinicians draw from evidence-based therapies, including:

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

What to Expect

Therapy sessions are typically:

  • One-on-one with a trained clinician 50–60 minutes
  • Weekly or fortnightly (depending on your needs)
  • Focused on real-life challenges and goals

When DBT Might Be Recommended

For some people, individual therapy is enough.

For others, particularly where emotions feel intense or hard to manage, we may recommend DBT Individual Therapy, DBT Skills Training Groups or a Comprehensive DBT Program.

We offer therapy:

  • In-person on the Sunshine Coast
  • Via telehealth across Queensland

Referrals

You can book directly without a referral.

We also accept referrals from:

  • GPs
  • Psychiatrists
  • Allied health professionals
  • NDIS providers

Funding & Fees

Sessions may be accessed via:

  • Private fees
  • Medicare rebates (with GP referral, where eligible)
  • NDIS funding (in certain circumstances)
